Job summary

Everstone Development and Construction Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer to implement and monitor the site OSH program, ensuring compliance with DOLE OSH standards and project safety requirements.

You will conduct site inspections, hazard identifications, risk assessments, provide safety orientations and toolbox meetings, monitor PPE, and coordinate with management, contractors, and workers. Qualifications

• Valid DOLE-BWC SO3 certification and/or training is required.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSH Standards, risk assessment, and construction safety.
• Good communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections, orientations, and toolbox meetings.
• Computer literate, particularly MS Office.
