Job summary

Licton Industrial Corporation is seeking a Safety Officer II to support safe and compliant operations at our Silang, Cavite plant. The role welcomes fresh graduates with BOSH certification and candidates with 2–3 years of safety experience or leadership.

You will coordinate with Production, HR, and Engineering to implement safety programs, conduct inspections, and maintain compliance records. Training in Valenzuela City will precede deployment in Silang.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• BOSH training/certification completed.

Licton Industrial Corporation is looking for a reliable, flexible, and highly motivated Safety Officer II to support the safe and compliant operation of our Silang, Cavite plant.

The position is open to fresh graduates from any course with BOSH CERTIFICATION, as well as candidates with 2–3 years of experience in safety-related work or safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of workplace safety and health programs.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.

• Assist in incident reporting, investigation, corrective actions, and safety documentation.

• Monitor compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements.

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for government agencies and other safety-related offices.

• Assist in the processing and monitoring of permits, licenses, certifications, and regulatory requirements necessary for continuous plant operations.

• Coordinate safety training, orientations, drills, and other employee safety activities.

• Maintain accurate and updated safety records and compliance documents.

• Work closely with Production, HR, Engineering, and other departments in addressing safety concerns.
