PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Join our Safety Team and play an important role in promoting a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. The Safety Officer will assist in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs at the assigned worksite.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Engineering or a related field.

• With at least 1–2 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), preferably gained in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar work environment.

• Must have completed 40 hours of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training from a DOLE-accredited training organization.

• Knowledgeable in DOLE requirements, OSH standards, and applicable workplace safety regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively conduct safety orientations and promote a strong safety culture.

• Capable of preparing incident reports, safety documentation, and other OSH-related reports.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

• Willing to be assigned at Sitio Postema, Brgy. Sahud Ulan, Tanza, Cavite.
