Job summary

Licton Industrial Corporation is seeking a Safety Officer II to support safe and compliant operations at our Silang, Cavite plant. The role welcomes fresh graduates with BOSH certification and candidates with 2–3 years of safety experience or leadership.

You will coordinate with Production, HR, and Engineering to implement safety programs, conduct inspections, and maintain compliance records. Training in Valenzuela City will precede deployment in Silang.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• BOSH training/certification completed.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 2–3 years of safety experience or leadership encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and correspondence.
• Detail-oriented with accurate compliance records.
• Willing to undergo initial training in Valenzuela City prior to deployment in Silang, Cavite.
• Willing to work six days a week with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of workplace safety and health programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards and unsafe practices.
• Assist in incident reporting, investigation, corrective actions, and safety documentation.
• Monitor compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for government agencies and safety offices.
• Assist in processing permits, licenses, certifications, and regulatory requirements for plant operations.
• Coordinate safety training, orientations, drills, and other safety activities.
• Maintain accurate safety records and compliance documents.
• Work closely with Production, HR, Engineering, and other departments on safety.
