Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure workplace health and safety across project sites in the Philippines.

You will conduct inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety orientations to ensure OSHS compliance. The ideal candidate has a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer certification (COSH), a degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field, 2–4 years of experience, strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, OSH, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant Safety Officer experience, preferably in construction.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with COSH certification.
• Knowledge of OSHS, DOLE regulations, and safety laws.
• Experience in safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments.
• Experience in incident investigations and safety orientations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or any related field.

• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the construction industry.

• Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with a valid Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) certification.

• Knowledgeable in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), DOLE regulations, and other applicable health and safety laws.

• Experience in conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety orientations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work flexible hours when required.

• Can start ASAP.
