Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a Safety Officer to oversee safety across project sites in the Philippines. The role focuses on implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHS and DOLE regulations.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with COSH certification, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Willingness to travel to sites and start ASAP is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or any related field.

• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the construction industry.

• Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with a valid Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) certification.

• Knowledgeable in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), DOLE regulations, and other applicable health and safety laws.

• Experience in conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety orientations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work flexible hours when required.

• Can start ASAP.
