Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Safety Officer to enforce site safety, conduct inspections, and lead hazard assessments.

You will ensure compliance with OSHS regulations, DOLE rules, and safety procedures. This role requires a DOLE-accredited officer with COSH certification and 2–4 years of relevant construction experience. You will coordinate safety orientations, investigations, and reporting while maintaining strong communication with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OSH, Environmental Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant Safety Officer experience, preferably in construction.
• Must hold DOLE-accredited Safety Officer status with COSH certification.
• Knowledge of OSHS, DOLE regulations and applicable safety laws.
• Experience in safety inspections, hazard ID, risk assessments, investigations, orientations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work flexible hours.
• Can start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or any related field.

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the construction industry.

• Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer with a valid Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) certification.

• Knowledgeable in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), DOLE regulations, and other applicable health and safety laws.

• Experience in conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety orientations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work flexible hours when required.
