Job summary

Momentive Software seeks a capable support specialist for MC PROFESSIONAL, a non-scripted SaaS member-management platform. You will troubleshoot independently, build client relationships, and provide timely resolutions.

You will learn product internals, train clients, generate reports, and work with Product Development to address bugs. Ideal candidates have strong IT skills, HTML/CSS, knowledge of ticketing systems, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting software issues in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain respectful client relationships through responsiveness, expertise and awesome customer service
• Learn the inner workings of a member-management SaaS platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve client reported issues
• Train clients on how to best use a highly configurable platform
• Provide reporting to clients on the status of support cases
• Work with the Product Development team to address bugs and advance the product.
