Job summary

Capillary Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of SaaS projects. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

The role requires a strong technical background, excellent PM skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality software products. You will drive planning, execution, and closure across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, CogniSaaS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Document acceptance criteria.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans with timelines, resources, milestones, and budgets.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project plans and reports for senior management and clients.
• Technical Expertise: Understand SaaS architecture and development processes; ensure feasibility.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and QA processes to ensure product quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as primary contact for clients and update on progress, risks, issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Improve PM processes and methodologies.
