Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or SaaS/digital products
• Strong knowledge of SaaS models, pricing, subscriptions, product lifecycle
• Experience with third-party software providers or platform vendors
• Data-driven decision making balancing commercial goals and customer needs
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to translate market opportunities into product strategy

Responsibilities

• Manage full product lifecycle of SaaS and digital solutions from strategy to launch and optimization
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer requirements and business objectives
• Assess build/buy/partnership options for new and existing offerings
• Collaborate with technology teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions
• Define pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and product positioning
• Monitor product performance via key metrics like adoption, engagement, retention and profitability
• Use data and market insights to guide enhancements and investments
