Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Project Manager to drive delivery of large, strategic development initiatives across our client portfolio. You will partner with strategists, designers, and developers to translate product roadmaps into actionable work and maintain alignment with project goals.

You will lead Scrum and Kanban practices, manage Jira backlogs, and coordinate with the Client Engagement and Technical Director to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex software projects from discovery through delivery.
• Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks: Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) to manage backlogs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead delivery of large development projects with cross-functional teams.
• Break down wireframes and designs, set timelines, and manage backlogs.
• Understand technical specs across frontend, CMS, integrations, analytics.
