Job summary

Maven Roofing in the Philippines seeks a SaaS Project Manager to lead client implementations from onboarding to go-live. You will turn client needs into workable system workflows, configure platforms to match operations, and drive clear expectations across teams and stakeholders.

You will own timelines, push back when configurations won’t work, and ensure high adoption with minimal post-launch rework. This role starts ASAP and offers a rewarding path in a growing tech-enabled service business.

• Strong understanding of workflows, operations, and system design.
• Ability to push back when something won’t work (not just "deliver what was asked").
• High attention to detail - especially in configuration and process flow.
• Comfortable owning timelines, pressure, and client expectations.
• Clear communicator - you can simplify complex systems for non-technical users.

SaaS Project Manager (Implementation & Delivery)

We're looking for a SaaS Project Manager to lead client implementations from onboarding to go-live and make sure what we deliver actually works in the real world.

This is not a "status update" role. You'll be responsible for turning a SaaS platform into a fully operational system inside a client’s business. If you've ever looked at a "configured" system and thought "this will never work", you'll do well here.

What You'll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
