About the Role

Outsourcey is looking for a SaaS Implementation Consultant to support our client, a software provider specializing in tip and gratuity payroll and accounting reconciliation for hospitality, entertainment, and retail businesses.

You’ll lead client implementations from understanding business requirements through system setup, testing, training, and go-live. This role suits someone who enjoys solving process challenges, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Own complex implementation projects through setup, training, testing, and go-live, working alongside Project Managers, Consultants, and Analysts.
• Understand clients’ existing workflows and translate their requirements into practical solutions within the platform.
• Configure client environments to support agreed business processes.
• Lead client training sessions and develop clear training materials and process guides.
• Coordinate testing, track implementation issues, and work with internal teams to resolve blockers.
• Document client-specific configurations and workflows for Development, Professional Services, and Client Success teams.
• Communicate project progress, requirements, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Support a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing client support.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in software project management or consulting; and/or
• At least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Hospitality food and beverage administration or accounting.
• Retail administration or accounting.
• Banking, accounting, or finance administration.
• Technical or software training, preferably SaaS.
• Technical or software customer service, preferably SaaS.

Hands-on experience with software implementation, client onboarding, configuration, testing, and go-live support is highly valued. Exposure to payroll, gratuity management, or accounting reconciliation systems is an advantage.
