Klinikly is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist based in Cebu City to join our team. You will be the front line of assistance for clinic owners, dentists, and administrative staff using our practice management platform.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with onboarding and data migration, resolve technical or operational questions, and ensure our partner clinics receive fast, empathetic, and reliable support.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with SaaS web applications and ticketing platforms.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide empathetic support.
• Based in Cebu City or willing to work there.

Responsabilités

• Manage incoming customer support tickets, live chats, and inquiries via in-app chat, email, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Assist with onboarding and data migration for clinics and staff.
• Resolve technical or operational questions and guide users through feature navigation and billing.
• Log, track, and follow up on feature requests or bug reports with the development team.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge bases to help users troubleshoot independently.
