Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through direct methods (cold calling, face-to-face meetings) and indirect methods (networking, referrals).
• Secure contracts with new clients assigned sales quotas and growth targets.
• Understand and assess customer challenges, needs, and goals to propose tailored solutions.
• Educate prospects on business, value propositions, and cost-benefit analyses to facilitate informed decisions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, outlining strategic motivators, stakeholders, buying processes, and forecaster sales opportunities.
• Partner with technical staff, product specialists, and delivery team to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
