Job summary

The Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Philippines is seeking a Manager in the Record To Report (RTR) team supporting the Australia/New Zealand business unit. You will lead a team through end-to-end accounting, period-end close, and external reporting under IFRS, with focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with local GAAP and SOX controls, and develop stakeholder relationships while transitioning activities to the shared service centre in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multinational company or Big4
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting processes
• Ability to lead and develop a team and manage audits

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities for RTR
• Manage period-end close and external IFRS reporting packages
• Ensure local GAAP compliance and tax reporting
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and SOX controls
• Drive continuous improvement and process standardisation
• Coach and develop team members and manage stakeholder relationships
