Qualifications

• RTR expertise with 12+ years in RTR operations.
• Minimum 10+ years in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial close, reconciliations, reporting, and controls.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop RTR professionals.
• Proven track record of managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RTR operations, including General Ledger Accounting, Journal Entry Processing, Account Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close & Consolidation, Financial Reporting.
• Ensure achievement of service delivery commitments, including SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity targets.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to address delivery challenges.
• Lead governance discussions, operational reviews, and performance reporting sessions.
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams such as Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Compliance.
