HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced RTR Manager to lead end-to-end close, ensure timely financial reporting, and uphold accounting standards.

This on-site role requires strong internal controls and collaboration with global stakeholders. You will oversee group reporting, statutory financial statements, tax deliverables, and balance sheet reconciliations, while coaching a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement using SAP and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Extensive experience in RTR, financial reporting, and period-end close processes.
• Proven people management, coaching, and development skills.
• Experience with statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RTR operations, ensuring accurate and timely period-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee preparation and review of group reporting packages, statutory financial statements, tax deliverables, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with policies, and provide support during internal and external audits.
• Drive process transitions into shared services and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including standardization and use of technology.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team while building strong relationships with global stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
