Qualifications

• Proven expertise in RTR processes including GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and close cycles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, governance, and internal controls.
• Experience leading and developing RTR teams and coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RTR operations, including General Ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Oversee financial close, consolidation, and timely financial reporting with accurate data integrity.
• Drive governance, controls, and compliance with policies and external/internal audit requirements.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships; provide performance insights and recommendations.
• Coach and develop RTR professionals; support capability building and succession planning.
