Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Manager in the Record To Report (RTR) team to support the Australia/New Zealand unit. The role focuses on transitioning accounting activities to the Philippines shared service centre and advancing the RTR continuous improvement program.

You will prepare external reporting schedules, assist in statutory financial statements and tax returns, and lead a team to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting while strengthening stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication能力
• Experience in a multinational company or Big4 preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required
• Completion of or progression towards professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) viewed as advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for the Australia/New Zealand unit.
• Oversee period-end close and external IFRS reporting.
• Ensure local GAAP and direct tax compliance.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and SOX controls.
• Provide audit support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members and foster stakeholder relationships.
