Job summary

Coca-cola European Partners in Manila seeks a Manager for the Record To Report (RTR) team to lead a multinational group and transition financial accounting activities to the Philippines SSC, supporting RTR continuous improvement.

You will oversee end-to-end accounting and external reporting, IFRS packages, local GAAP and tax compliance, and balance sheet reconciliations while fostering strong stakeholder relations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team in a multinational environment.
• Experience with IFRS reporting and external group reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and controls (SOX, GAAP).
• Experience with transition of processes to a shared service center.
• Intermediate to advanced SAP and reporting tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RTR activities for the Australia/New Zealand unit.
• Oversee period-end close and IFRS/GAAP reporting packages.
• Ensure local tax compliance and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Drive continuous improvement and elimination of non-value adding activities.
• Develop and coach team members, manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
