Emapta Philippines is seeking a Rostering Specialist to orchestrate complex, location-based scheduling for high-touch home care services in Makati. You’ll resolve call-outs, coverage changes, and travel considerations while ensuring continuity of care and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of rostering experience in complex environments, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and rostering/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on rostering in home care or similar complex ops.
• Ability to coordinate multiple shifts and changes with coverage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM or rostering tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve short-notice cancellations, schedule changes, and coverage gaps promptly to maintain service continuity.
• Coordinate staffing requirements, schedule updates, and personnel assignments with relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Develop efficient rosters based on availability, service needs, travel time, holidays, and training commitments.
• Assign suitable personnel to new and existing requirements while supporting consistent coverage and preferred service times.
• Communicate roster changes clearly and maintain productive working relationships across all parties.
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to anticipate workforce requirements and maintain sufficient staffing levels.
• Maintain accurate employee, availability, roster, and scheduling records within the electronic scheduling system.
• Contribute to broader operational requirements while upholding equality, diversity, and equal opportunity standards.
