Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Junior Scheduler to coordinate shifts, rostering and scheduling for our international home healthcare client. Based in Alabang with a flexible hybrid setup, you will ensure timely, accurate scheduling and timely data reporting while working with global teams to support care delivery.

You will build expertise in rostering, healthcare operations, and process-driven workflows, developing skills that advance your career in a dynamic, international setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, administration, operations, data entry, or workforce coordination.
• Proficiency with software systems, online platforms and structured workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy following instructions.
• Ability to work independently and complete repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with reports, spreadsheets and system-generated information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled system reports and upload required information into the scheduling tool every Monday.
• Review and execute allocation actions as per tool recommendations and timelines.
• Adjust schedules within the system based on tool recommendations.
• Apply templates per scheduling tool guidance.
• Review holiday requests and approve/decline per tool recommendations.
• Complete all actions generated by the scheduling tool accurately and promptly.
• Monitor tasks and maintain accurate records of completed actions.
• Identify unclear or conflicting tool instructions and escalate accordingly.
• Follow established scheduling processes, guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain high data accuracy when entering/updating information in the system.
