Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Project Manager, Software & robotics to streamline development, align engineering teams, and drive execution. You’ll own sprint planning, manage backlogs, track timelines, and communicate milestones across Wonder, with potential expansion into cross-functional product oversight.

You will embed with our core software engineering team, coordinating timelines that connect software deliverables with hardware milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or systems-focused field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating engineering workflows and technical projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development life cycles.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Excel for timeline visuals.

Responsibilities

• Own software sprint lifecycles: plan, kickoff, standups, backlog maintenance, retrospectives.
• Translate milestones into detailed execution schedules aligned with master timelines.
• Maintain Jira/Confluence structures and communicate status across teams.
• Scale to support the broader Infinite Makeline product and cross-functional timelines.
