Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 8–12 software engineers, driving predictable, high-quality delivery. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will shape technical direction and evolve processes to accelerate delivery.

You will mentor engineers, coach Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and coordinate cross‑team dependencies to keep momentum and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering and 2+ years as a senior/principal engineer
• 3+ years managing or leading remote technical teams and engaging in technical discussions
• Experience with React, C#, and Azure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach engineers, mentor and support career growth.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and improve predictability and delivery quality.
• Identify blockers and manage cross-team dependencies to maintain momentum.
• Oversee sprint planning, estimation, and capacity management for timely delivery.
• Participate in code and architecture discussions to uphold quality, security, and reliability.
