Job summary
Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Product Management experience to lead end-to-end software delivery in a Scrum/Agile environment.
The ideal candidate combines project delivery excellence with hands-on product backlog ownership, requirements definition, prioritization, and translating business needs into actionable product requirements. The role will bridge business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery to ensure projects are delivered
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects in IT, software development, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile environments with sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and retrospectives.
- Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, especially backlog ownership and defining requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects within a Scrum/Agile environment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring requirements are prioritized and aligned with business goals.
- Partner with stakeholders and product teams to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement.
