Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects in IT, software development, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum/Agile environments with sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and retrospectives.
• Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, especially backlog ownership and defining requirements.

The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and product objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects within a Scrum or Agile environment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring requirements are prioritized and aligned with business goals.
• Partner with stakeholders and product teams to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Balance project delivery commitments, scope, product value, and stakeholder priorities through effective decision-making and trade‑offs.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other cross‑functional teams to drive successful delivery.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder touchpoints to review progress, resolve concerns, and align on priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, Agile practices, tools, and team collaboration.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party partners when applicable.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Agile software delivery projects in IT, software development, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience working in Scrum/Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and retrospectives.
• Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, particularly in backlog ownership, requirements definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile software delivery.
• Experience creating or working with user stories, acceptance criteria, product requirements, and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong project management skills covering scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence cross‑functional teams toward shared outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to balance delivery discipline with product value and business priorities.
