Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to drive timely, high-quality software projects using AI-powered tools and data-driven decision making.

You will oversee projects from inception to completion, applying Agile methods to continuously improve outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop AI-assisted project plans, and communicate progress with stakeholders through AI-generated reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile project management.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Proficiency in project management software and AI productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct cross-functional teams in the successful execution of project plans while promoting effective collaboration between human contributors and AI-enabled tools.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals, utilizing AI-assisted estimation, forecasting, and capacity planning where appropriate.
• Proactively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients using AI-powered reporting, meeting summaries, action-item tracking, and project dashboards.
• Oversee project progress and performance through real-time metrics, analytics, and AI-generated insights, ensuring goals are achieved and improvement opportunities are identified early.
• Utilize data, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted monitoring to identify risks proactively and coordinate mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.
• Collaborate with Agile leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow automation, and AI adoption across delivery teams.
• Collaborate with the finance team on project financials, ensuring timely follow-up on billings and invoices while leveraging data-driven insights to maintain project profitability.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, utilizing AI-assisted capacity planning and workload analysis to optimize productivity and team performance.
