Responsibilities

• Receiving and answering booking of trucks on time thru email
• Preparation of all necessary documents for the dispatch of trucks
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data encoded on the trip documents
• Monitoring of truck movements and load status updates, proactively resolving issues or delays
• Track and trace loads in transit, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery
• Provide professional, timely communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships, identifying reliable partners for specialized moves
• Maintain accurate data entry and reporting using Excel/spreadsheet tools
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and lead continuous improvement efforts in dispatch and logistics processes
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities while managing a high volume of loads
• Briefing of truck personnel on the important things to remember during and after delivery
• Coordinates and provide updates with customer on the status of truck dispatch and arrival
• Encodes all dispatch and trip records thru the identified ERP System
• Provide reports on the daily truck dispatch transactions
• Cascade all important information to all truckers being mandated by Mastercete's Top Management and clients
• Provide proper endorsements to colleagues to ensure that there are no important things that will be overlooked
• Ensure that all documents related to dispatch records are intact and readily available
• Provides full reports to HR Department of any non-compliance of truckers with regard to company rules and regulations
• Conduct trainings to truckers if necessary
• Provide assistance with the trucker during loading and delivery
• Tracking of trucks after exceeding 8 hours on trip from the time it was dispatched to garage
