Job summary

G R Infraprojects Limited is seeking a project engineer to oversee a section of a road construction project. The role focuses on planning, coordinating with the Section In-charge, and ensuring timely execution within quality standards.

The incumbent will monitor daily activity schedules, resolve operational issues, and manage MIS reporting. A Diploma or BE/M Tech with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical with 3-7 years experience, or BE/B.Tech with 2-5 years, or M.Tech with 2-4 years.
• Experience in handling work with scope across 2-5 km in a road construction project.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Performance – Ensure adherence of activity schedule on daily basis for successful completion of the section of project.
• Project Delivery – Review progress, identify deviations, and ensure deliverables on time and at required quality.
• MIS and Reporting – Document and secure project information through reporting mechanisms.
• People Management – Address employee grievances appropriately.
