Responsibilities include planning, tracking progress, addressing deviations, maintaining DPR-style records, and resolving operative issues to minimise delays on the project.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 3-7 years experience or BE/B.Tech with 2-5 years experience or M.Tech with 2-4 years experience.
• Experience handling work with scope across 2-5 km in a road construction project.
• Ability to prioritise activities and coordinate with Section In-charge to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Performance – ensure adherence of activity schedule for successful completion of the section.
• Project Delivery – review progress, identify deviations, and ensure deliverables on time and to quality.
• MIS and Reporting – document project information and prepare reports.
• People Management – handle employee grievances appropriately.
