Job summary

Iconstructors and Developers Inc. is seeking a Project In-Charge Engineer to lead daily project operations from blueprint to completion. You will define objectives, assign tasks, prepare cost estimates, and monitor budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in project supervision, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership and technical skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture; licensed preferred
• 3-5 years in project supervision/management; at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and technical skills; ability to handle high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

• Reviewing proposals, plans and specs to define objectives and phases
• Assigning personnel and coordinating teams
• Preparing cost estimates, BOMs, and monitoring budgets
• Conducting inspections, surveys, and tests for compliance
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues and providing status reports
• Enforcing safety procedures, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders for timely decisions and delivery
