Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with 3–7 years of site experience.
• BE/B.Tech with 2–5 years of experience or M.Tech with 2–4 years.
• Experience handling work across 2–5 km in a road construction project.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and performance: ensure daily activity schedule adherence and align with Section In-charge for timely completion.
• Project delivery: review progress, raise RFIs, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client/government requirements.
• MIS and reporting: document project information and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• People management: address employee grievances appropriately.
