Job summary

EEI Power in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with clients, contractors, and government bodies, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
  • Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage contract negotiations and vendor relationships.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and performance excellence across all project phases.
