SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking an experienced Clinical Training Lead to design, deliver, and manage medical training programs for US healthcare clients in the Philippines.

You will oversee training classes, coach trainers, collaborate with SMEs, and apply instructional design methods to improve clinical acumen. Strong collaboration with clinical leaders and strict adherence to regulatory requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Philippines Registered Nurse (RN) license with USRN preferred.
• US RN licenses must be active in each state where applicable; prior nursing experience preferred: 3 years, minimum 2 years.
• Experience in adult classroom settings.
• Experience managing a dynamic and diverse classroom environment.
• Thorough Knowledge of US Healthcare Delivery System and claims processing.
• Understanding of performance SLAs and related binding laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical training classes and trainer activity timelines.
• Facilitates monthly trainer observations and coaching.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to update training materials.
• Applies instructional design methodologies in program development.
• Recommends tech-enabled solutions to close training gaps.

Education/Experience:

• Active Philippines Registered Nurse (RN) License; and USRN preferred, non RN is also accepted

• All US Registered Nurses (Mainland US and US Territories), whether working onshore or offshore, must hold an active and unrestricted license for each U.S. states. Must have prior nursing experience preferably: 3 years and minimum acceptable: 2 years.

• Experience in adult classroom situations;

• Experience managing a dynamic and diverse classroom environment;

• Thorough Knowledge of US Healthcare Delivery System;

• Thorough knowledge of claims processing;

• With thorough understanding of performance SLAs;

• With understanding of all binding laws and regulations related to the project
