Clinical - Associate Training Manager

As a Nurse Associate Training Manager, your focus is on ensuring that the training team's activities and decisions are rooted in practical clinical knowledge. Facilitating informed decision-making, ultimately improving the quality and relevance of training programs. By grounding decisions in clinical understanding, you enable the team's confidence and credibility, enhancing their capabilities. As a Philippine Registered Nurse (PH RN) and a US Registered Nurse (US RN), you bring valuable insights from local healthcare practices, showcasing proficiency by meeting local nursing standards and requirements. Additionally, you possess validated knowledge and alignment with US nursing practice, demonstrated through the successful completion of the NCLEX examination.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Capabilities Communication: Proactively communicates training successes and opportunities to internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and any challenges encountered. Collaborates with senior team members to resolve issues and implement improvements. Assists in conveying training outcomes and strategies to external stakeholders as needed.

Professional Capabilities Learning Sciences: Demonstrates understanding of learning sciences and established methodologies in developing learning solutions and training programs, in consultation with clinical training leaders. Contributes to the assessment and evaluation of training programs, applying learning sciences principles.

Training Delivery & Facilitation: Assists in the delivery of comprehensive training programs, ensuring timely completion of trainer activities. Facilitates monthly trainer observation and coaching.

Instructional Design: Collaborates with subject matter experts to contribute to the design and continuous update of training materials. Demonstrates knowledge of various instructional design methodologies, consciously integrating them into the development of clinical training programs.

Technology Application: Works with the Instructional Design and Digital team to explore technology solutions for training gaps. Leverages different technology applications that can enhance training effectiveness.

Knowledge Management: Supports overall documentation adherence of training teams, ensuring proper documentation of training materials and processes.

Organizational Capabilities Business Insight: Maintains an awareness of business goals and objectives related to training initiatives. Advocates and drives change management initiatives within the training function. Data & Analytics & Future Readiness: Contributes to the generation of insightful reports that provide a clear view of training program outcomes and the ongoing progress of trainees. Stays informed about industry changes and integrate updates into training modules to ensure future readiness.
