SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to lead and enhance training programs within a healthcare setting in the Philippines.

The role focuses on developing materials, conducting coaching sessions, applying data-driven improvements, and collaborating with clinical leaders to address training needs. Experience in case management and instructional design, plus PowerPoint development, are valued to strengthen learning delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical training experience in a managed care or healthcare setting.
• Experience in case management and population health is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
• Experience in project management, PowerPoint development, and training tool creation preferred.
