Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced RMS Head to lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of restaurant management systems across all stores and commissaries. You will oversee system optimization, inventory governance, and standardized processes while driving digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires steering a high-performing team, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to ensure scalable, technology-driven restaurant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years in RMS, operations excellence, inventory management or systems implementation.
• 7+ years leading managers or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the RMS strategy across stores and commissaries.
• Lead RMS optimization, inventory governance and system enhancements.
• Drive enterprise-wide process improvements for efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
• Establish standardized operating procedures, governance, and controls.
• Oversee inventory governance, accuracy, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead RMS implementation projects, upgrades, integrations and rollouts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Commissary teams.
• Champion digital transformation and automation in restaurant operations.
• Develop policies, process docs, user manuals, and governance frameworks.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring for RMS.
