Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced RMS Manager to oversee restaurant management systems, inventory management, and core operational processes across stores and commissaries.

This role drives excellence through standardization, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading system implementations, process documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and restaurant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in RMS, inventory management, or operational excellence.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize restaurant management systems to support daily business operations.
• Lead process improvement projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and consistency.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and system controls across stores and commissaries.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and movement.
• Analyze inventory trends and implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commissary teams to resolve issues.
• Lead RMS implementation, testing, enhancements, and system rollouts.
• Develop process documentation, manuals, and user guides.
• Conduct training for restaurant teams on RMS processes and system usage.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and inventory controls.
