Job summary

Cartrack Asia, a world-leading SaaS mobility platform, is expanding in the Philippines and seeking a Dealership Manager to lead revenue growth. You will drive dealership partnerships, nurture key relationships, and oversee field sales performance across Metro Manila.

The role is onsite, offers uncapped commissions, a monthly vehicle allowance, and strong training with career growth opportunities in cutting-edge IoT and AI technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of partnership or distribution sales experience (vehicle dealer, fleet, auto parts, etc.).
• Prefer SaaS sales experience.
• Self-starter with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
• Establish new dealership accounts through relationship building.
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with dealer partners.
• Service existing dealership accounts, obtain orders, and manage daily calls.
• Monitor and manage the sales portfolio of dealer partners.

We’re expanding fast in the Philippines and on the lookout for high-energy, results-driven Dealership Manager to lead and drive the growth of our business. This role involves overseeing key sales initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational excellence to support the expansion of Cartrack.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets and other KPI’s.
• Establish new dealership accounts through relationship building.
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with dealer partners.
• Services existing dealership accounts, obtains orders, and manages daily work schedule to call on existing or potential dealer partners.
• Monitor and manage the sales portfolio of dealer partners.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• This is an individual contributor role and will not handle a team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership or distribution sales (e.g. vehicle dealer sales, fleet companies, retail fuels and lubricants sales, or automotive accessory shops(Autoparts, Car Accessories, Batteries, Tires, Lubricants).
• Preferably with SaaS sales experience.
• You are a self-starter with stellar sales track record.
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and online lead generation.
• A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities.
• Has strong background in new business accounts acquisition.
• With a valid driver's license.
• Amenable to work onsite and conduct regular field work.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
