Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a senior verification leader to head the Bangalore CPU Core DV team. You will drive technical strategy, own verification from architecture through tapeout readiness, and collaborate with Santa Clara and Austin sites.

You will manage a team of core verification engineers across time zones, lead hiring and mentoring, and champion AI-assisted verification workflows to accelerate debug, coverage, and regression testing. Hybrid work based in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of CPU DV experience.
• 7+ years leading verification teams.
• Deep microarchitecture & verification expertise: ISA, RTL, UVM/CVM.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring experience.
• Collaborative, execution-focused with cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Bangalore CPU Core DV team, hiring and mentoring.
• Own verification strategy for high-performance, out-of-order RISC-V CPU cores.
• Drive cross-site execution with DV and design leads in Santa Clara and Austin.
• Stay technically engaged and contribute to debug, code/testplan and architecture reviews.
