Job summary

A leading BPO provider in the Philippines is seeking candidates for customer interaction roles. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications, assisting with food orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Ideal candidates should be Senior High School graduates or College Level with basic English and Tagalog communication skills. This position requires adaptability to various shifts and is based on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO industry preferred, but college graduates without experience are welcome.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule including dayshift and midshift.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and in-app messaging.
• Assist users with placing orders and coordinating with restaurants and delivery riders.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with partner restaurants and riders to resolve delays.
• Address customer complaints and maintain a positive experience.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM accurately.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, and data privacy standards.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Amendable working on a shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift & GY shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and in-app messaging
• Assist users with placing food orders, order modifications, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide support for app navigation, account setup, login issues, and payment concerns
• Coordinate with partner restaurants and delivery riders to resolve order delays or issues
• Address customer complaints and service concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Accurately document all interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements, and data privacy standards
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
