A prominent BPO company in Pasig is seeking a Call Center Agent for blended support. This role involves handling customer interactions via various channels and assisting with app-related queries. Candidates should have at least a Senior High School diploma or college experience, basic English skills, and a willingness to work on a shifting schedule. The position offers job training and essential benefits, ensuring a supportive work environment.

Formación

• At least Senior High School graduate or College Level.
• Have at least 1 year experience in BPO industry.
• College Graduates with no BPO experience are welcome to apply.
• Amendable working on a shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift & GY shift).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and in-app messaging.
• Assist users with placing food orders, order modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide support for app navigation, account setup, login issues, and payment concerns.
• Coordinate with partner restaurants and delivery riders to resolve order delays or issues.
• Address customer complaints and service concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Accurately document all interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements, and data privacy standards.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Conocimientos

Basic English communication skills

Well-versed in local language (Tagalog)
