Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a versatile HR Systems Analyst to support a refreshed HR system rollout. You will participate in UAT, prepare communications and user guides for modules in Performance and Rewards, and answer system-related questions from internal teams.

You will assist with data migration, consolidation of records, and analytics to inform policy design for compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare communication materials and user guides for system modules within Performance and Rewards areas
• Support data migration through extraction and consolidation of records/files
• Guide internal stakeholders on system-related queries
• Compile and review stakeholder feedback on system design and process flows
• Manage consolidation, extraction and analysis of data points for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews
• Prepare files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting
• Review compensation proposals outside approved parameters escalated by Talent Acquisition
• Assist in participation of market or industry surveys
• Participate in other Rewards related and Group/Corporate wide projects on an ad-hoc basis
