Job summary

ING is seeking a Performance & Reward Expert III in the Philippines to help shape compensation, rewards, and performance programs. The role partners with business leaders and HR to deliver merit reviews, incentive schemes, and job evaluations, ensuring equity, compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals.

You will work with stakeholders across markets, applying strong analytical skills and advanced Excel to turn data into actionable insights and improve overall reward strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or related HR specialty.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HR systems.
• Experience supporting pay reviews, incentive programs, or reward program design.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of annual compensation processes such as merit increases and incentive schemes.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of compensation, benefits, incentive, and recognition programs.
• Support performance management policies, processes, and implementation activities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance on Performance & Reward matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of HR frameworks and tools.
• Provide Performance & Reward support to hubs and growth markets, with market knowledge as an advantage.
