The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and performance management, with a focus on enabling a positive workplace culture and data-driven HR decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years in an HR Generalist role with exposure to HRIS.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth transition.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
• Assist in performance management and development planning.
