Turnitin is modernizing its analytics foundation within Revenue Operations. You’ll own models, pipelines, and tests that downstream systems rely on, ensuring metrics are meaningful and actionable rather than merely correct.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or BI with modeling responsibility.
• Proven experience with production-grade dbt projects, testing and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster or Airflow and modern ELT tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of legacy workflows into documented, tested dbt models on Redshift.
• Design grain-specific data models with clear lineage for certified marts.
• Own orchestration, monitoring, and alerting in Dagster or Airflow and ingestion pipelines.
• Keep Redshift fast and cost-efficient.
• Trace issues to root cause and route fixes across data and business processes.
• Build data foundations for RevOps initiatives like account-based marketing and customer health scoring.
• Apply AI/LLM thoughtfully within the engineering workflow.
