Job summary

Turnitin is hiring an AI Specialist, Revenue Operations. The role focuses on building AI workloads, automations, and agent features to support the global revenue organization from a remote-forward setup.

You will own evaluation, knowledge curation, and production readiness, while aligning with security and documentation standards. Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate with the Revenue Enablement & AI Transformation teams to scale AI platforms globally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, including prompt engineering and knowledge base systems.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript and able to read/modify an existing codebase.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs with proper authentication and error handling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
• Excellent written communication for documenting technical findings.
• Eligible to work legally in the Philippines region.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop automations and AI agent features against written specifications.
• Author and run evaluation tests for AI workloads and report results.
• Curate knowledge bases and data for AI agents.
• Monitor live AI workloads and diagnose failures, escalating when needed.
• Build and maintain integrations with Revenue Operations systems via APIs.
• Support production readiness with documentation, security reviews, and release notes.
• Maintain technical documentation and reusable patterns to speed future builds.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the AI orchestration platform.
• Communicate AI behavior and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collect user feedback to improve agent quality and reliability.
