Job summary

Turnitin is seeking an AI Specialist Revenue Operations to design and run AI workloads that support our global revenue teams. This remote role focuses on building automations, agent features, and an orchestration platform, with emphasis on reliability and production readiness.

You will work under the Senior Director to establish best practices, document processes, and ensure scalable operations across our revenue organization while communicating clearly with cross-functional partners in English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and knowledge bases.
• Experience integrating REST APIs with authentication and error handling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
• Fluent English communication and eligibility to work in PH region.

Responsibilities

• Builds automations and AI agent features per written specification.
• Authors and runs evaluation tests for AI workloads.
• Maintains knowledge bases and data for agents.
• Monitors live AI workloads and diagnoses failures.
• Develops integrations with Revenue Operations systems via APIs.
• Prepares technical documentation and release notes.
• Contributes to AI platform development under senior director direction.
• Communicates AI behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
