Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; equivalent practical experience considered.
8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, data engineering, or data architecture.
Ownership of enterprise BI platforms from architecture to delivery and support.

Responsibilities

Own Power BI environment end-to-end and document architecture and data sources.
Design scalable AWS-based data lake/lakehouse architecture and governance.
Lead migration to Amazon QuickSight and modern reporting assets.
Establish ELT frameworks, testing, and deployment processes; ensure security and compliance.
Mentor analysts and report developers to enable governed self-service analytics.
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
